All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.
If you’ve already paid, but you need to cancel or change your order, you have 12 hours to contact us using our mail.
Once we’ve started the packaging process we can’t cancel the order.
Our main goal is to offer a 100% satisfaction rate to all our customers. You can always request a refund if you find a faulty product.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a full refund or a reshipment.
On the other side, if you receive the wrong item we also offer you a full refund or a reshipment.
You can request a refund for an unwanted item, but you return the item at your expense and the poster must be unused.
We can’t offer buyer protection if the circumstances are outside of our control such as:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Game of Posters (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of gameofposters.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
